About Me

Seven years ago, as my children grew and needed me less and less, I felt it was time to focus on my own life's purpose and so I set out on a journey of self-discovery. A desire to learn all things spiritual gradually grew from a tiny spark within me into a full blue flame. I wanted to immerse myself in all things spiritual and holistic.  My spiritual journey soon led me to discover the method of healing energy that is Reiki, I knew deep down in my spirit, that was it.  I have always been empathic and sensitive to energy. I've always felt drawn to the desire to help people heal. I guess you could say I've always felt I was a healer. When I realized that through Reiki, I would be able to channel universal energy as a way of healing, I focused on learning all I could.  I received my Usui level 1 & 2 Practitioner Certification gradually, during long, focused training sessions that spanned the course of two months. Knowing I needed to continue, I trained one-on-one with my Reiki Master and received my level 3 Master Practioner/Teacher certificate six months later.

Over the course of seven years, I've learned to incorporate other modalities into my practice, such as crystals, essential oils, and music. I have also recently earned my Karuna Reiki Master Certification and I can't wait to begin applying this new and exciting modality to my practice.

My goal is to help you with whatever needs healing at this point in time. Reiki energy has the ability to flow and go where it needs and heal what needs healing.  Whatever concerns you may have, be they physical, spiritual, or emotional. Reiki can open and balance your chakras so that it may flow to all areas of need.
